Jayson is a lifelong musician with over 20+ years in composition and production. Jayson first began studying piano from the age of five, eventually transitioning to guitar, bass, and percussion in an orchestral setting. Jayson began his commercial music experience with the band California Wives, a national touring indie rock band based in Chicago. California Wives would go on to release their debut LP on Vagrant Records and tour North America for the next five years. Jayson then returned to Chicago to pursue his dream of music production, working with R&B, Hip-Hop, Indie Rock, and Punk musicians throughout the city. Highly proficient in music theory, electronic production, sampling, and instrument performance, Jayson is looking forward to bringing your musical ideas to life, learning what sets fire to your creative drive and developing your methods of expression through music.
